The whole space feels more settled with this in place. I spent a little longer than expected figuring out how to style the area around it, but the result feels right.

The main room feels more inviting in the evening without becoming overly dramatic. I like the way the space feels at night now, especially on quiet evenings at home.

My main concern was that it would feel out of place with what we already owned, and that never became an issue. That balance was exactly what I was hoping for. It gives the room a nicer evening rhythm without drawing too much attention to itself. I did not realize how much the evening mood was missing until this was in place.
