The Savanna Tiered Raffia Pendant Lamp stacks a flared, fringed raffia top tier above two rope-wound bands, creating a rich, textured three-tier silhouette. If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
