Shipping Protection covers your order against loss or damage in transit. If a protected order arrives damaged or never arrives, we replace it free of charge or refund you in full — no carrier claims, no waiting on a third party.

Lost: covered once the carrier confirms non-delivery. Delays (customs, weather, inspections) are not considered lost.

Damaged: report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.

Not covered: incorrect addresses entered at checkout, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries.

Claims must be filed with our support team within 7 days of delivery or of the expected delivery date. Full terms: Safety Insurance.

SHIPPING POLICY

Every Starnagel order is carefully prepared before beginning its journey to your home.

Order processing typically takes 1–5 business days, followed by an estimated 27–37 business days in transit.

The total estimated delivery timeframe is 28–42 business days.

Standard shipping is complimentary on U.S. orders. If any special shipping charges apply, our customer care team will let you know in advance.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident bringing Starnagel lighting into your home.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
