The Sienna shade is hand-sewn from natural fabric linen. The weave texture, panel seam depth, and tonal warmth of the fabric will differ slightly between individual pieces — a natural characteristic of handcraft with textile, not a defect. The linen may show gentle crease marks from packaging which will relax once the lamp is installed and warmed by use.

Compatible with LED and Edison filament bulbs. A warm-white LED at 2700–3000 K is strongly recommended — the warm tone passes through the beige linen weave and up against the wall as a deeply warm, amber-toned wash that defines the Sienna's character. A globe or candle-tip E26/E27 LED at 4–6W provides comfortable ambient light without overwhelming the intimate scale of the shade. Avoid cool white (5000K+) which reads harsh through natural linen.

We had family over recently, and this was one of the few things in the room people actually asked about, which is probably why it settled into the room so quickly. I did not expect one piece to change the reading corner this much, but the whole area feels more considered now. It settled into weekend time at home faster than I expected and no longer feels like a new purchase.

I was unsure whether it would feel too noticeable, but the balance is better in person than I expected, and it makes sense in the powder room without taking over. The atmosphere is warmer and more lived in once the light is on. It fits our routine well and makes the room feel a little more cared for. The overall room looks more put together now, even though we barely changed anything else.

Sitting in the room now, I like how much more balanced everything feels around this wall light. I noticed the brass more once it was in the room, but the overall balance is what I ended up appreciating most. It has a little more visual presence than I pictured, so I simplified the area around it, but I like the result.

What surprised me most was how quickly this wall light stopped feeling new and started feeling familiar; it still feels right after the first impression.
