The lighting changes the mood of the living room without making the room feel staged, which has made the room easier to enjoy day to day. This is one of those pieces I appreciate more during ordinary days than I did when it first arrived. It pairs easily with what we already own instead of making the older pieces look out of place. I chose it hoping for a quieter upgrade, and that is pretty much what it gave us. What I like most is that the living room feels more balanced without looking overworked.

Walking into the bedroom, I notice the room as a whole before I notice the floor lamp, which is exactly what I wanted. This floor lamp feels less like decor now and more like something that simply belongs in the room. The atmosphere is warmer and more lived in once the light is on. I like it more now than I did on the first day.
