No instructions. Flimsily built. Does not remember the last light setting it was on, so by default it turns on this incredibly bright white light. You can switch it to warm by repeatedly turning off and on the switch quickly, but it won't remember it's last setting when you turn it off and back on so you have to keep starting the cycle. Imagine having to flip the switch quickly 3 times each time you want to turn on your light.
