The Solenne Alabaster Beaded Wall Sconce combines natural Spanish alabaster globes with smooth metal spheres arranged along a slender vertical stem. The integrated LED light source illuminates the stone from within, revealing its soft clouding, translucent depth, and naturally varied mineral veining.

The product photos caught my attention, but living with it is what convinced me, which makes the room feel more like ours. There is a better sense of balance in our living room now; nothing else had to change for it to work. It works with the furniture we already had, which saved me from feeling like I needed to restyle the living room.

It looks considered from different parts of the room, not just from one angle, which keeps the whole space feeling relaxed. The lighting changes the mood of the bedroom without making the room feel staged. I bought it for the design, but I like it even more for how naturally it settled into the room. It fits our routine well and makes the room feel a little more cared for.

From the doorway, the room looks more complete with this wall light in the mix; it has been easy to live with. I was worried this wall light might compete with the rest of the room, but it actually gives everything around it a clearer place. I am glad I did not play it safer.
