Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

It stands out a little more than I expected, but that ended up being a positive once the room came together, and I like that it works without needing a lot of explanation. It looked interesting online, but the room is where the design really makes sense. The room feels easier on the eyes in the evening, and I like that the effect is subtle. I did not have to change the surrounding decor for this to feel at home.
