After sunset, this table lamp makes the entryway feel more inviting without changing its personality; the result feels natural. At night, the room has more depth and feels much less flat than it did before. Living with it has been easy; it adds something to the room without asking for attention every time I walk in. The overall room looks more put together now, even though we barely changed anything else.

It has a little more visual presence than I pictured, so I simplified the area around it, but I like the result, and that mattered more to me than making a dramatic statement. We were still unpacking when this arrived, but it quickly made the room feel more like home. It feels like a keeper.
