This pendant feels less like decor now and more like something that simply belongs in the room, which is probably why it settled into the room so quickly.

The design has enough presence to be noticed without becoming the only thing you see, which is exactly the kind of upgrade I wanted. The evening atmosphere was what I cared about most, and this pendant moved the room in the right direction. I noticed the wood more once it was in the room, but the overall balance is what I ended up appreciating most. It feels like a keeper.
