The best part is how normal it feels in the room now, in a good way, and that has made a bigger difference than I expected. Up close, the brass gives the design some depth, while the overall look still stays easy to live with. It works with the furniture we already had, which saved me from feeling like I needed to restyle the bedroom. I wanted the space to feel finished without adding more furniture, and this table lamp did exactly that. It gave the room the lift I was hoping for.

In the evening, the bedroom feels noticeably more comfortable with this table lamp on. I tried it in two different spots before settling on this one, and the second placement made much more sense.

I'm very happy with this lamp. I've had it for 4 months now in a small hallway in my home. It's on an adjustable dimmer and goes both high and low with wide range and brightness. It was easy to install. The only downfall is that it doesn't feel all that durable as it is light in weight due to lots of plastic, as expected due to the price. You can get your hand inside to unscrew the shade holder. Little tough, but a lot easier than other lights.
