The biggest change is how much more balanced the reading corner feels with this wall light in place. This is one of those pieces I appreciate more during ordinary days than I did when it first arrived. The room still feels personal rather than overly coordinated, and this wall light fits into that nicely. The overall room looks more put together now, even though we barely changed anything else. It has been easy to live with, which is exactly what I wanted.

There is a better sense of balance in our reading corner now; nothing else had to change for it to work, and it still feels natural after the first impression wore off. I keep appreciating it in small moments rather than only when I am deliberately looking at it. I had a very specific picture in my head for the reading corner, and this came closer to it than the other options I considered. I am still pleased with the choice.
