It settled into ordinary weekdays faster than I expected and no longer feels like a new purchase, which is the balance I was hoping for.

Up close, the brass gives the design some depth, while the overall look still stays easy to live with, which is why it does not feel like a short-term choice. My family likes the room more now, and I think this pendant is part of why it feels more complete. I like that the room still looks like itself at night, just more complete. It has held my attention without feeling like something I will get tired of quickly. It feels like a keeper.

The design reads clearly, but it does not overpower the furniture around it, which has made the home office feel more complete. This is one of those pieces I appreciate more during ordinary days than I did when it first arrived.
