It looked interesting online, but the room is where the design really makes sense, which makes the room feel more like ours. After repainting the room, this was the change that made the update feel complete. It pairs easily with what we already own instead of making the older pieces look out of place. I am glad I did not play it safer.

At first glance, it adds interest; after living with it, the bigger benefit is how naturally it fits; the effect is subtle but real. I like the way the breakfast nook feels after sunset now; it is softer and easier to settle into. I like that it adds interest without forcing the rest of the room into the same style. I am still pleased with the choice.

The overall effect is subtle, but the kitchen feels much more complete with this pendant there. It settled into regular evenings at home faster than I expected and no longer feels like a new purchase. I would choose it again for the same room.
