Vetrina Glass Chandelier — China-style multi-tier wave-textured glass chandelier with nickel frame

At 50 cm / 20 inches across and 90 cm / 35 inches tall, the Vetrina is a multi-tier chandelier with vertical clear-glass tubes textured by subtle horizontal ripples — like layered waves of frozen water — set in graduated tiers around a nickel-finished metal armature. The wavy surface refracts bulb light into shimmering bands rather than the sharp facets of cut crystal, producing a softer, water-like effect. Mid-century China-inspired, suited to a 4–6 seat dining table, formal entryway, or living room with at least 9 ft ceilings. Suspended from a nickel chain that can be lengthened on request.

Ships in a custom crate via freight (curbside delivery). Hardwired into a junction box and installed by a licensed electrician — typically a two-person job, with each glass tube individually packed and assembled tier-by-tier on site to prevent breakage.

The room feels more warmer now, and this chandelier is a big part of that, which has made the room easier to enjoy day to day. This is one of those pieces I appreciate more during ordinary days than I did when it first arrived. I would make the same choice again.

I noticed the crystal more once it was in the room, but the overall balance is what I ended up appreciating most.

I notice the difference most once the daylight fades and the room starts to feel quieter, without making the space feel overly styled. It pairs easily with what we already own instead of making the older pieces look out of place. A couple of guests have mentioned it without being prompted, which is a good sign that it has presence without being loud. The look is a touch bolder than I expected, though it works much better now that the rest of the living room is settled. I wanted something that felt different without being difficult to live with, and this landed in that middle ground.
