The design reads clearly, but it does not overpower the furniture around it, and that has made a bigger difference than I expected. It settled into everyday life faster than I expected and no longer feels like a new purchase. My main concern was whether it would still feel right after the newness wore off, and so far it does.

The room feels easier on the eyes in the evening, and I like that the effect is subtle, which keeps the whole space feeling relaxed. This ended up being the piece that made the room make sense visually.

It fits our routine well and makes the room feel a little more cared for, and it still feels natural after the first impression wore off.
