This wall light makes the space feel more relaxed at night without turning it into a completely different room. The biggest change is how much more considered the reading corner feels with this wall light in place. It settled into the way we actually use the room faster than I expected and no longer feels like a new purchase. It was not an instant yes for me, but after living with it for a bit I appreciate it more. It ended up being one of the better decisions in the room.
