Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

I notice this ceiling light most during ordinary weekdays, which is probably why it already feels like part of the room. The space feels less generic with this ceiling light, but it still looks like our home. I wanted the space to feel finished without adding more furniture, and this ceiling light did exactly that.
