The design reads clearly, but it does not overpower the furniture around it. This was one of the last decisions for the room, and it ended up having more impact than several of the bigger purchases. My partner and I usually disagree on decorative choices, but this was an easy one once it was in place.

We use the living room all the time, and this table lamp still feels like a good choice rather than something I bought just for looks. From across the room, this table lamp gives the space enough structure to feel complete. I noticed the fabric more once it was in the room, but the overall balance is what I ended up appreciating most.
