Setup & Care Notes

Plug-in floor lamp — no hardwiring. The cord with an inline on/off switch runs to a standard outlet.
Minimal assembly: seat the shade on the harp and finger-tighten the finial; the wood column ships ready to stand.
Bulb not included. Use one E26/E27 LED, max 60W; 2700K warm white best suits the wood tone and linen shade.
Solid wood: grain, color, and figure vary from piece to piece — natural and unique, not a defect.
Keep the lamp out of direct sun and high humidity to protect the wood; set the base on a level floor and route the cord clear of walkways.
Dust the wood with a dry, soft cloth (an occasional wood-safe polish is fine); lift lint from the shade with a soft brush or lint roller.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
