Day to day, it works well with the way we actually use the room day to day compared with what was there before. It works with the rest of the room rather than competing with it.

Looking at the whole setup, my husband thought I was overthinking the room until this went in for the way we use the room. It adds useful light without taking up any surface space.

It works especially well in the hallway, where the area needed something with a little presence for the way we use the room. It made the room feel more complete in a very natural way.

In the final arrangement, this brought the bed together without making it feel overdone for our setup. It works well as part of the room rather than looking like an afterthought. I would make the same choice again. It has been a very satisfying choice. It feels right for the room.
