At first, this ceiling light felt a little more noticeable than I expected, but the room makes more sense with it now. This was one of the last decisions for the room, and it ended up having more impact than several of the bigger purchases. I needed a day or two to get used to it in the room, but it has grown on me. At night, the room has more depth and feels much less flat than it did before.

I like how this ceiling light gives the room a clear point of interest without making everything else compete, which is probably why it settled into the room so quickly. The overall glow is what won me over; it makes the room feel comfortable without calling attention to itself. Living with it has been easy; it adds something to the room without asking for attention every time I walk in. I thought this might be one of those pieces I liked more online than at home, but the opposite happened.

The proportions feel visually balanced with the rest of the room, which was one of my biggest concerns, without making the space feel overly styled. I did not expect one piece to change the entryway this much, but the whole area feels more complete now.

Living with it has been easy; it adds something to the room without asking for attention every time I walk in, which is what made the choice feel right in the end.
